I don’t write many reviews, but Gabby absolutely earned this one. I started with an online inquiry and received a quick response from Napleton Mazda. I was then connected with Gabby, and from that point on, she took ownership of everything and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I shopped several Mazda dealerships before making my decision, and working with Gabby is ultimately what brought me to Napleton. I had my heart set on a very specific CX-70 in Zircon Sand Metallic, and they were surprisingly hard to find. After test-driving one at another dealership, I knew that was the color I wanted. I called Gabby, expecting to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have one.” Instead, she immediately started searching dealer inventory and told me she’d do everything she could to find one. She tracked down several possibilities, followed up with other dealerships, ruled one out after learning it had been damaged, and then located another one that was exactly what I was looking for. She and the Napleton team went out and got the vehicle for me. That level of effort meant a lot because she wasn’t just trying to sell me what was on her lot—she was determined to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ll admit, some people might see a young salesperson and make assumptions. Don’t make that mistake. Gabby is incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What impressed me the most wasn’t just her knowledge—it was how much she genuinely cared. Her communication was outstanding. She always responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed through on everything she said she would do. In today’s world, that kind of customer service is hard to find. My wife and I left feeling like we were treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation—not like we were just another sale. Comfy, roomy, for a small car. A little underpowered but adequate. Good mileage, 27-28 . Really nice you dont have to climb up or down to get in. Really convenient for elderly. Was a good purchase.

2010 Mazda Mazda5 review
The best car I've ever owned or driven (I've driven large variety of vehicles, including trucks, SUVS, compacts, vans and midsize.) Roomy first two rows, 3 row a bit tight for anyone tall (excellent for German shepherds, or kids.) I've got the Grand Touring edition so it's got quite a few fancies. That's makes it better (sun roof, leather, seat warmers). It has the little outside extras too (spoiler, fog lights, and such.) It has over 100k and runs like a dream. No major issues, only routine maintenance needed. Has a nice kick when you hit the gas (typical Mazda zoom zoom). I drive a ton (can vary from 40 miles/day to 100+/day) for work and it's great on gas. I can fit the whole family inside (2 kids, 100lb shep, husband.) It's a 6 seater. Second and third row seats drop. I hauled wood, everything from Costco, and even a couch. The one down side is when I hauled lots of adults (full grown) the car weighed down so the kick was gone and was much slower to build speed. You could feel the difference. I LOVE this car.

I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.
2015 Mazda Mazda5 review
I replaced my 2009 Mazda 5 with a 2016 model. There was some cost cutting to maintain the price point but it is a very practical vehicle with great value and economy. I like the loaded GT package with leather interior, sunroof and the 6-speed manual transmission.

2009 Mazda Mazda5 review
Honestly, its not the fastest, coolest or biggest car out there, but its easy and cheap to fix, and very reliable. I got mine at 70k, and am currently up to 145k. Ive replaced: Tires, Brakes, Front suspension components, rear shocks, TCM, and transmission fluid. That pretty awesome if you ask me!

2009 Mazda Mazda5 review
I used to own a full minivan that I didn't really want to give up until I tried and purchased this Mazda 5. It is very comfortable for up to 6 people although I've been driving it mostly alone the past four years. It is much larger inside than we think, it can carry large/long items (e.g. 6 ft ladder, road bike, table with chairs), yet it maneuvers and parks like a car. It has completely met my needs and had no technical issues.

2012 Mazda Mazda5 review
I installed a hitch that i bought on Amazon for $120 and can carry 3 bikes on the back and can haul a 10 ft kayak in the back with a hitch Tee bar extension I use. I also had a trailer light kit installed so can pull a kayak trailer too. I bought the 5 new in 2012 and have 115k miles. It is super reliable and I use it to haul the family, bikes, and kayaks.

2012 Mazda Mazda5 review
It is a feature laden vechicle that is fun to drive and is a lot of vehicle for the money! f you need seating for six with easier third-row entry than an SUV and a small price tag, this Mazda5 can fill your need. This Mazda5 features sliding rear doors and a center aisle, making access to the third-row seats relatively easy.

2015 Mazda Mazda5 review
2006 Mazda5 five speed in red, 61K miles. It's a mini- mini van with a stickshift and a good 16V four cylinder that torques well at midrange. Niche vehicle, for sure. Most van buyers will want more room. Most won't consider a stickshift. And you can find more HP in a V6, or more MPG in a subcompact. But where else can you get something fun to dive that seats 6? Where else can you get a minivan with the longevity of a manual transmission? Also got 30 mpg on the road. Love it.

2009 Mazda Mazda5 review
It’s a good car. Just the dealership did me dirty by not replacing a bad tire that they promised in writing that they would. Now I have to pay for one. The front underneath must be extremely low because it drags when I pull in or out of a driveway curb.
