Pleasant experience purchasing the car. Didn?t feel pressured like some dealerships. They gave a very fair trade in price for our current car. Took the time to explain all the technology and answered any questions we had. They followed up after the sale to see if everything went smoothly. Overall very happy with the purchase experience as well as the car.

Like a bmw but better. Has all aspects that my finances bimmer has but more comfortable and more room. The oy thing I found was it has an issue with unlocking all door using the fob.

I love my 19 grand touring. It’s a great value. It feels like it’s well built. It’s comfy. And not many on the road. I like to bump it. Great Bose sound. But at 45k miles It’s been in the shop to many times. New turbo, new exhaust manifold, new fuel injector, new moldings - exterior, 5 check engine lights, about $7k in repairs. Thankfully all covered under warranty. I bought it with certified preowned. I’ll keep it till the 100k warranty runs out.

This cars look will not age. In 10 years the cars look still be just as nice. The front is rooming and I he doors and dash blind very nicely with 3 colors. Back set has more room then my 3 but little short in the leg area still but not bad. A lot of trunk room. Handles great. After I got use to using the apple play screen it works well. I can move the menu by asking Siri’s or google. The safety is the biggest reason why I got it.

It checked all the boxes of what my husband & I wanted in a car! You get a lot of value in a Mazda! Also like the CPO (Certified Pre Owned Warranty) that shows Mazda’s confidence in their product! I've never been one to trust a car salesman but, that said, I've purchased several cars from North End Subaru over the years and 1. the process keeps getting easier and 2. I feel like I'm being treated fairly. Greg is always very helpful with finding me exactly the car I want and making the entire purchasing process smooth and pretty much effortless. They play fair with my trade-in and actually offered me more than I expected. Greg spent a good amount of time and went through the entire car with me at delivery showing me all of the many features.
