The time to purchase was unfortunately out of their control as they were waiting on the title to come in from Lexus post lease buy-out. The dealership was about an hour and a half from me, so I only wanted to make that trip once - and relied on Sam to show any issues with the vehicle (which included video calls). Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!
