Lexus of Orange County review
What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Happy to be part of the Lexus of Orange County family... Thank you!!

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
We purchased a new MB GLE at the Mercedes Benz of Orange County dealership a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I want to single out Mr. Michael Paccione, who was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. He was patient and answered all my questions. We have been looking for a new vehicle since November 2023, and the purchase involved the trade of our old car. At that time, we agreed on the trade-in value. However, searching for the right model took longer than anticipated, and we got our new wheels in January 2024. Although the Blue Book value of our trade-in vehicle dropped in 2024, the dealership honored our agreement made in November of 2023. In addition, the dealership gave us another discount for the inconvenience of waiting so long for the delivery of our new car. The financing options presented by Mr. Thomas Tzimoulis were explained in detail and were also reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet review
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Nanuet, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, all thanks to Joe Horneman! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Joe's knowledge about the vehicles was impressive, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all; instead, he patiently guided me through the options, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights without any pressure. I felt like he really had my best interests at heart! When it came time to test drive, Joe made sure I was comfortable and excited about the car, and he shared all the amazing features that truly make Mercedes-Benz stand out. Even after the sale, Joe followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, which just shows how dedicated he is to his clients. Overall, the service at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet was top-notch, and Joe Horneman truly made the car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet review
We just bought a CPO 2022 S580 Mercedes! Joe Horneman was our salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure, and he was very accommodating to our needs. We'd been looking around at multiple dealerships and no one treated us like family as Joe did. Throughout the entire process, Joe was patient, knowledgeable and available to us for questions and discussions. This is my 8th MB purchase, and I've found a new dealership to work with, and a new salesman!!

great experience overall, Mr. Eric Mkofsky-my sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, nonjudgemental, with amazing professionalism exhibition and great work ethic. Not pushy, give details of every account with only guided decision-making. I was impressed and would for sure revisit and or recommend him to anyone. He made the practically cumbersome auto purchase seamless for me and my family

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz review
I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Thank you, Hyunbin

Maintained their always high standards in the midst of the coronavirus challenges. Excellent service for the car. Easy scheduling and quick turnaround while fully respecting the additional risks that the virus posed in the pick up and delivery of the car. They will always get my business.
