2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield review
I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC 350e from Rob, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features of the vehicle thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his honesty and genuine care?there was no pressure, just clear communication and a commitment to making sure I drove away happy. The GLC 350e is an amazing vehicle, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with both the car and the service I received. If you?re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Rob.

Although I ended up selecting a car from a different location, it was my interaction with Matt (sales associate) and Becka (sales manager) that made it a very difficult decision to purchase another car. Mercedes-Benz of St Louis review
I have had the absolute pleasure of being a customer of Dan Magraw at Mercedes for the past 13 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most exceptional sales professionals I’ve ever encountered. His honesty, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to his customers truly set him apart in an industry where trust means everything. As a woman, navigating the car-buying process can sometimes feel intimidating, especially with the concern that someone might try to take advantage of you from a financial perspective. With Dan, I have never felt that—not even once. From day one, he has treated me with complete respect, transparency, and fairness, always ensuring I fully understand every detail and feel confident in my decisions. Over the years, Dan has consistently gone above and beyond to make every experience seamless, straightforward, and tailored to my needs. He doesn’t just sell cars—he builds lasting relationships. It’s no surprise that he has so many long-term clients, many of whom, like myself, have remained loyal to him for well over a decade. What makes Dan truly remarkable is his integrity. You always know you’re getting honest guidance, and that he genuinely has your best interests at heart. That level of trust is rare and incredibly valuable. Dan Magraw is a true asset to Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis and his dedication, time, and commitment to his customers deserve recognition at the highest level within the organization. Professionals like Dan are the reason customers keep coming back year after year.

CarMax Columbus review
Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.
2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Great driving comfort, loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
