Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.
