I purchased the 2026 GLE 450 for my birthday. Brenden Fretz was my sales associate and he was so nice and helpful . Extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. He even drove to another lot to pick up the GLA 300 so I could look at it. My purchase was seamless and I never felt forced. Everyone involved in this purchase was professional and eager to be of assistance. 10/10 I definitely recommend! The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features
