Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

The styllng was sleek, and driving it was an absolute joy. The performance of this vehicle was top-notch. It looked as good after 4 years as the day I leased it. Interior design was great. Love the set-up of all of the displays. Downside: the tires were thin and I could feel every bump. But I absolutely loved driving this vehicle.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. We had a prior SLA 250 and while I would say it was more powerful engine wise this one is a beauty with so many options including a sliding sun roof, my wife loves the car. Mercedes is expensive but sometimes the cost gets you something.

Adrian was very helpful with my purchase. I drove from Burleson to the dealership in Addison. When I arrived, the VW beetle was parked out front ready for me to drive. He let my kids and I get in and do a test drive. There were a few things that I requested to be touched up on the car. Azmat and the manager (I don’t immediately recall his name) We’re very attentive and helpful during our visit… with no high pressure sales tactics. While there, we also had the opportunity to look at a number of other vehicles that had not yet listed on cars.com. While there, we also had an opportunity to see the level of work that they perform in setting cars up for maintenance and addressing anything needed prior to the car being listed for sale. Although the car we came to see, did not have all of the options that we were looking for, prices were VERY reasonable, and they had a good selection of vehicles. Even though they didn’t have the ideal vehicle in stock, they were more than willing to bring in one that would work, even from out of state, to help us find the right vehicle. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy during our visit and, even though we found the ideal vehicle elsewhere, the level of respect was unparalleled compared to other dealers and dealerships that we visited. I highly recommend NTX Auto and will visit them first the next time when I need to purchase a car.
