Once they made a mistake changing my oil and corrected it without an appointment the very day it was discovered, at their expense. They always do work on time, provide transportation if you can’t wait in the dealership. All reps are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide video and text updates while the car is in the shop. It come to the point where I look for Ken Garff brand for other car makes in hope that the company maintains its brand irrespective of makes.
