Wow!!! I'm still amazed by the incredible service I've received at Mercedes Benz of Athens over the past 13 years. Their team of professionals has consistently provided me with peace of mind and positive results.I attribute my car's longevity to MBOA's exceptional service, support, and maintenance. MBOA ensures me with reliable transportation while my car is being serviced. I really appreciate the extra service and convenience MBOA has extended to me by sending a driver to pick up my car from home, while leaving me with a beautiful MB courtesy car to drive until they bring my car back with a complimentary exterior wash and vacuum cleaned interior. I want to give a shout out to Chad Cower, my service advisor at MBOA. Chad is truly amazing. Not only is he a highly qualified professional and knowledgeable advisor with integrity. He has a strong spirit of excellence that aligns with MBOA. Chad is honest, patient, kindhearted, and caring. He truly cares about his clients. Chad has saved me a tremendous amount of money over the years by negotiating with my extended warranty company to assist me with some of the cost of a few repairs needed outside of my annual maintenance. Chad has the right temperament & professional experienced to deal with extended warranty claims.
