Great experience all around at this dealership! Matt was excellent! He's very personable. Another customer who was working with Matt said the same - very easy to work with. We really appreciate the time he took with us to help guide our purchase This made the car buying experience so much better. And he followed up with us the next day to see if we had any additional questions about our new vehicle.

I purchased a new GLE 350 in May but unfortunately in June I was hit from behind by a truck that total my new GLE (only 652 miles on the vehicle). After settling up with the insurance I went right back to Gary Feldman to see if he could find me another GLE 350 with the options I had on my previous GLE. Within a day he found me a new GLE with everything I wanted on it. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary twice and both times he was a joy to work with and both times the process couldn't of been easier --Thank you Gary

Great customer service provided by Jenine Parham and the whole team in Mercedes-Benz Raleigh showroom. She is highly professional and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I wasn't planning on buying that particular day, but Jenine was quick enough to understand my exact requirements and she gave me a deal which had everything I looked for. The whole process was fast, painless and easy from trading in my old car, to getting my lease approved, to getting the paperwork in order and finally driving out of the showroom with my brand new GLB 250 SUV. Would like to give highest rating on 5 out of 5 to Jenine and raleigh team. Also not to forget the team followed full covid precautionary measures from wearing face masks to maintaining 6 feet distance to wipping down steering wheel with disinfectant after car evaluation to finally having a glass shield separator in the finance manager room. Felt safe and comfortable shopping. Thanks,Ravindra

Mercedes-Benz of Cary review
Experienced car buyer here and my business with Ali at Mercedes Benz of Cary couldn’t have been anymore pleasant. From the start, Ali informed me that a Benz buying experience was “different” and he was right. I wanted to buy my wife a 2025 GLE 350, but had some trouble finding what she wanted in the local area. Ali was not only able to find my wife’s dream car, but he had it delivered precisely on time. He even had it displayed on the showroom floor with a massive, red bow on the hood for my wife to be surprised by. While I got an amazing deal and the purchasing experience was stellar, Ali made the entire process pleasurable. He was kind, polite, funny, and most of all, sympathetic to my car buying needs. He helped make my wife’s dream car come true. Thank you so much Ali. Highly recommended!

Buying a car off Dylan was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. He was polite, professional and was so knowledgeable about my vehicle. He went above and beyond explaining all the bells and whistles, he even answered my panicked phone calls over the next couple of weeks about various features on my vehicle. I definitely recommend talking to this young man if you are looking for a Mercedes.

I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. Courtney, Aaron, Rosa, and everyone else involved (except the 3RD PARTY shippers) maintained my high regards for them.

Good dealer. No gimmicks. No adds to price. Good selection of pre owned cars. Relaxed atmosphere. Sales person actually knew cars. Also carefully listened to my comments since I come with an automotive background. Took test drives in three different models.
