Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
My independent mechanic has been servicing this car 10 years, and he told me never to sell it. It’s a solid performer, heavy yet Nimble on the road and on gas, comfortable ride. I wish it had car play, but the Bluetooth works well. 32 mpg between the Bay Area and LA, 70 mph with ac blowing cold. Love the ride. Maintenance has been predictable with no surprises. I’m currently at 111k and it runs better than when I bought it CPO 18k miles! I’m itching for a new X5 and will Have Difficulty giving this up. No major expenses so far, just routine oil, filter, plugs Tires, transmission fluid and service.

Let me start off by saying that the facility was exceptional. I was helped by Saif. He went out of his way to provide pictures before I made my trip up from San Diego. I didn’t end up getting the vehicle, but I did appreciate all the efforts that the dealership made to make the experience comfortable for me and my wife. They were very transparent and upfront with pricing for the vehicle I was looking at and I felt like they were actually being honest salesman. They also didn’t pressure me into a sale. Went in around 6pm on a random Wednesday night for my mother in law. We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we found on their website and upon calling, I was told that it was indeed available and they would have it prepped for driving upon arrival. My wife and I arrive with my mother in law and were helped right away by Hanny Soliman, who was not initially my salesperson, however, was the one who eventually stayed with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Hanny was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, answered all our questions with professionalism and care. I can 100% honestly say I never stepped foot in a Mercedes Dealership, and because of him, I am definitely going to be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I have never experienced such great customer service, pricing was upfront and direct, no games, and they even stayed past closing to wrap up the deal. Mr. Hanny followed up with phone calls to ask about how the vehicle was driving several days after and answered additional questions we had. What a wonderful experience here at CalStar Motors Inc (this is NOT a paid review). Like I said before, I only ever experienced Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai dealerships in the past, however, after this experience, my next purchase will definitely be coming from here and from Hanny.
