I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. 2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
This review is way over due!! I found my dream car online at Vista Bmw, a 2019 Black GLE 43 amg with saddle interior and very low miles. The situation was I live in Texas but I decided to call anyways and spoke with Duane Crawford he was professional, informative and guided me in the right direction in order to secure the car until I was able to drive the 21 hours to get there. Once there I met with him at Vista and the car was exactly the way it was advertised, perfect and in excellent condition ( basically new). Duane made the purchase of the car a easy and smooth process. All I can say is if you are looking for a great vehicle and professional service don't waste your time any where else call Vista Bmw and ask for Duane Crawford. Absolutely worth the drive.

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

2022 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 review
Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

What else can I say about a true race car? With a redesigned engine, the most powerful four-cylinder on the planet. Unique styling inside and out. How this car grips the road! With an updated power plant at your feet? The exhilaration is hard to describe. The amount of control you feel in this car has to be experienced; you cannot describe it in words. I know there are many reliable, fun automobiles out there, but there is just something special about the racing line of Mercedes-Benz. Especially this car. Again, the M139 engine was developed in 2019, following AMG's "one man, one engine" philosophy. When you sit in the cabin, you are in a capsule.
