I am from out-of-state and she made sure that the process was a breeze from beginning to end!! She is very thorough with communication, no questions left unanswered. Took her time to show me the vehicle operations inside and out!! Go see her, she will take good care of you!!! Update: I?ve had my GLC300 for almost 2 weeks now. Laura is still checking in on me to make sure things are going smooth with my new vehicle. I reached out her to send me some of the service history on the vehicle and she sent it right away. My GLC has been amazing! Once again, this dealership did not disappoint. Laura C. will get you all the way together and then some! So happy!!!! :)
