This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I’ve been in the automotive business 5 years and heard every dealership horror and hero story out there. This place blew my expectations away. I was in and out in about 45 minutes flat. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had, period.

Hands down the finest automobile I have ever owned. Makes driving very enjoyable! Best ride and holds the road like no other. All wheel drive takes the pressure off winter driving. If you want a smooth ride, unbelievable acceleration and comfort then you should buy this car!

The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.

Mercedes’-Benz of Bedford is a top of the class dealership. From initial contact to delivery the total experience was a joy. The MB S550 I purchased was everything I could want or dream of in a luxury car. It is stunning! I have back issues and the back support is exceptional. Road noise and bumps are greatly attenuated. Best car I’ve ever owned.

First I have to say that I am NOT a review leaving person, with exception Of Lifted Trucks. In the last 6-7 years the only reviews I have written have been for this store....on with the story... I just purchased my 4th Truck from the Glendale store . This is the 4 truck in 6 six years. The staff does NOT get any better then these folks. I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.
