At no point did he pressure me to make a quick purchase, which I truly appreciated. He is a wonderful asset to the team. We also spoke with Dave and Andy, managers at Driven Auto, several times, and they went above and beyond to review and resolve an after-purchase hiccup. Their willingness to help and make things right meant a great deal to us. I can’t thank the Driven Auto of Waukegan team enough for their help throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
2020 Mercedes-Benz SLC 300 review
The SLC 300 is a nicely balanced roadster that is a blast to drive. Fit and finish are great and the styling is stunning. The retractable hardtop is fantastic, you can have the best of both worlds in 20 seconds. I've owned this car for about 10 months now and have not had any real issues and the price of the Service Level A was less than I expected. It does have some quirks though. The sport seats are very firm at first and take a while to break in and soften up. There is no voice dialing in this car, which I found odd in this day and age. Also, for some reason they decided to mix halogen and LED lamps in the headlights. Not a big fan of that decision but I can live with it. Overall, it's a great little car that costs a lot less than it looks and is fun to drive. No buyer's remorse at all.
