I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 review
This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

Karol, the owner was great to work with, no pressure sales here. He went over every detail of the car and its background(he buys nothing but the best out there. you do not even have to worry about if he is telling the truth....the guy is honest/sincere....you dont find that everyday with used car dealers. Anyways, it was a very pleasurable experience. I was suppose to pick the car up today but my ride got called into work. I spoke with Karol and asked if I could pick it p tomorrow...unfortunately he was closed tomorrow. he than told me he would have an employee deliver it to my house within 30 minutes!!!!!WOW...who does that, talk about going out of your way. This dealership, Karol the owner, are really too good to be true. When i need another used car i will look to him.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I tried the other guys from Japan it was a PIG I lost $10,000 to get rid of it. I had it less then 5 months. had two sprinters you cannot find a better vehicle, overall best Vans I had.
