I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.
2016 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.
