I'm an out of state buyer who is willing to gamble. I was looking for the best specimen of a particular older car which I didn't need-but wanted. I went into this with the attitude I was willing to spend a couple of thousand extra to get eveything right. The car was a one owner 2009 Florida car with 74K miles. The body and paint was in incredible condition. I spent an additional $1500 for a new suspension and to replace degraded window rubber seals neither of which was absolutely necessary-but I like to have things right. The car now looks and runs like 2 year old car-people are shocked when I tell them it is 15 years old! This is the second -and probably last car I will purchase online. I got burned on a previous online purchase-but this was an impulse buy which I could afford to risk and only time will tell if I made out Ok. But for now, I'm pleased. All this being said, Emron was true to his word and even came through with the missing owners manual a couple of weeks later. As of now, I consider my experience was good one.
2010 Mercury Milan review
This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

2006 Mercury Milan review
This V6 Milan had great power for a smallish engine. It made it to 264,000 miles before succumbing to an impact-related oil leak. Had this not damaged the motor, I would have probably kept this car until the executor of my will took it over!

My 2022 Certified Passat was sold and serviced with Tom Wood Noblesville, and that customer’s relationship is what brought this road machine back to the dealership. Relationships are important to me, and I recommend Tom Wood VW because of the relationships they build with customers. When I’m in the dealership, that’s what I’ve seen since the day I met Mike. Over the last several years I’ve met lots of folks here, now it feels like their old friends. Mike always says hi when he passes by, and everyone in every department is friendly.
