2008 Mercury Mountaineer review
This vehicle was originally rated at 15 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway. I get 16 mpg in the city and 22 to 23 mpg on the highway in the summer and 20 to 21 in the winter. I have 243,000 miles on this vehicle. Drawback at this time is probable short in the wiring in which the drivers power seat will sometimes go back unexpectedly. Also excessive rust below door entry points. Tows very well(22’ camper)

Love the car. Had to wait hours for dealer. Driver's seat belt won't lock and visor clips are broken. Dealer will send required parts, but scary to drive from east coast to Ft. Myers with no seat belt! Beautiful showroom.
2007 Mercury Mountaineer review
This truck has lasted me a long time. I’m just looking for something smaller. Motor runs great. Just needs a new shift solinoid. The exterior is a maroon color. And this inside is a tan color.

He asked us what we were looking for (options, size, colors, etc.), showed us the floor model of the car and then searched through his inventory and found us the exact car we have been looking to purchase. We went on a test drive, he priced it out and we decided that this was the car for us. We had been exploring Lincoln, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, and even Hyundai but this car is solid and the experience at the dealership just reinforced that Lincoln was the way to go.
2010 Mercury Mountaineer review
So I just bought a used 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, with a restored salvage title. Typically I do not buy vehicles that don’t have a clean title. Obviously this vehicle was in an accident, and restored. I test drove the vehicle twice before deciding to buy it. I have to say there are a few quirks I have to work out of the system, but the engine and transmission is solid! With just over 100k miles this vehicle is by far one of the cleanest vehicles I have ever bought used, inside and out. I upgraded from an 03 Ford Ranger that had the 2.3L engine 5 speed manual. I wanted something automatic and with more HP. The Mountaineer doesn’t disappoint. For $4,500 I feel this vehicle was a smart purchase even if I have to put some time and money into fixing the weird quirks. I wish there was a way to submit pictures in this review to show just how clean this vehicle is. I would not hesitate on buying another one.
