I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.
2003 Mercury Sable review
Great for road trips! In less than 2 years I drove from Iowa to California to Idaho to South Dakota without a car problem. Good mileage, too.

2006 Mercury Grand Marquis review
Mine is a 06 LS ultimate with the Handling performance package. Its a very reliable tank. Drives through the snow just fine. I hit a deer at 70mph and all it needed was a headlight assembly and a header panel. Also getting a go rhino front bumper with wrap around headlight protectors makes hitting black bears a non-issue, believe me I've hit one. Still think the car would benefit if it had 300hp

2008 Mercury Milan review
The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.

1996 Mercury Mystique review
Put over 600000 mile on this car Only problem was the water pump. Replaced the plastic propeller with one with a metal propeller. Used the car for 8 years in SCCA autocross and track days, plus as daily driver. Best car we ever owned.

2002 Mercury Villager review
This is my second Mercury Villager minivan. I had an earlier year 1995 then bought the last year production 2002 Villeger Estate in Seattle in 2015. It was very clean with very low mileage advertised on Craigslist. Its been a very reliable workhorse since. Only consumables like oil changes, air filters, batteries, and tires and brakes are all I've done thru the years. What issues I've encountered and have repaired myself I consider very minor. They are the front CV joints and both sliding doors. The bearings in the 3 support rods holding the sliding doors have worn out. Conztant open and close with dried-up grease will cause these bearings to fail over time. Overall its been a reliable workhorse with years of service. I've removed all of the seats including the rear bench making this more versatle than a pickup truck. For a 25-year-old vehicle it still looks great and modern as is fully functionable.

2008 Mercury Mariner review
Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

1999 Mercury Grand Marquis review
Bought vehicle from a dealer. Is a 1999 & was owned by a Ford Exec at the factory where these were built. Bought the car for 6K with 50K mileage & have only run 13K miles in 2 years. Runs like a champ with a few mild mods & very easy to service. Comfortable & with my couple of mods has plenty of power & moves out with 3.08 rear end

2000 Mercury Mountaineer review
Got mine used 8+ yrs ago with about 175k miles, the previous owners took good care of it and serviced it properly. Today she sits at 250k miles, is a bit rough around the edges and gets me to and from work daily (30 miles RT). I have little to no problems with it other than the regular TLC issues that need addressed, which are few and far between. The back tailgate where the hinges connect is wonky, as is my driver side door handle. But I won't drive anything else until she totally gives out. No reason to add unwanted car payments when I have a beast of a machine to tow with. Plus, the V8 engine is beefy for this size of rig.

2007 Mercury Montego review
I bought this car from an older gentleman who I'm assuming roadtripped with it and took very good care of it. When I bought it it had just under 200k and was in perfect working order. I am now approaching 250k and the car has only required basic maintenance and repair (alternator and a couple relatively cheap sensors). This car has been nothing short of very reliable. I could probably take it from Iowa to visit my sister in North Carolina and back with zero issues.

2009 Mercury Mariner review
So far car is great. AWD will be nice in the snow. It has plenty of interer room and adaquate power. Color is nice and tires are new.
