CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

2018 MINI Clubman review
This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

I own an older model X3 and still running great. Baron BMW service advisors are honest and don?t charge for unneccessary repairs. They point out things that need to be addressed and rate their importance. I like that. They show me videos of everything and explain them to me so i understand. It?s a great trusting place to service my X3.

I discussed the purchase of a 2023 Mini Cooper "S" with salesman Dustin Summers. He was completely knowledgeable of all the features and details of the vehicle. He was always courteous and handled himself in a professional manner. I'm still debating on buying a vehicle, but if I decide to do so, it's back to Dustin Summers I go. Michael Deters

MINI of St. Louis review
Although I did not end up purchasing from MINI of St. Louis, the experience far exceeded anything I have had to suffer through with the dealers down here in Texas (Houston area). They had all fees and total pricing out front, with no surprise add-ons or non-negotiable extras that were not included in the listed price. [Yes, theyy do that down here in TX.]

This is my third MINI and I’m more than happy with it. The quirky design, the exceptional performance and the premium feel in a small package make this an exceptional brand to own and be a part of.

I contacted the dealership and they were on it right away. Great communication and they made the deal happen with ease. They also set me up with a transport company to get the car back to my home state which saved me a lot of leg work.

Celebrating 50th wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday! Harry and Mike from Mini of xx Louis helped me through the process of purchasing my Mini online. Harry recorded a couple of short videos which was a wonderful way to meet him and my Cooper! Delivery to my driveway from George was absolutely ideal since I’m not a big city driver. Thank you Harry and Mike for helping make my dream of owning a Mini Cooper come true!

2017 MINI Clubman review
Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!
