The entire dealership was excellent. A special shout-out to Vinnie Corsi who was our salesperson - super nice, knowledgeable and none of the silly sales tactics we were subjected to when buying my last car (Nissan). The finance manager Nick was also a breath of fresh air. Loving my new MINI!
Initially I spoke to LaRae Rhodes who was pleasant and was even available on a Sunday. a few day's Later, with a scheduled appointment, I met with Donna and she made me feel at home as well as the rest of her co-workers that were around. For anyone with customer anxiety, they will do a great job at putting you at ease and feel welcome.
I must say the entire process was easy and Mini of Warwick guides you through and explains in detail what each step is and what next to expect. The vehicle I purchased needed a new sensor, something minor, but we scheduled an appointment and the car was done in no time. The customer service mechanic from time to time would come out and tell me of its progress which was nice. Great work I thought.
I would recommend going to Mini of Warwick if you would like a great car buying experience with a staff that has awesome customer service skills that makes you feel at ease and welcome.

They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warranty work. Now I even buy all my tires from them. A J has been there for many years and is the reason I continue to have my cars serviced there.
We came to carmax after looking at a few cars at other dealerships. We loved that carmax doesn't have any hidden fees. Spencer, in Warwick MA, was amazingly helpful and we are so grateful to have worked with him! Thank you so much.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I went in with a mailer from Jeep. From the moment I arrived I was attended to. I received the best service from Richie, then from the finance person. They both were very kind and helpful. I walked in around 10:00 am and left with my new vehicle at 3:30 pm I fully recommend this dealership and Richie the salesman

I have too say, being a little skeptical of buying a used car from a dealer I was quite surprised when I stopped by Mastria Subaru. The salesman Ron C. couldn't of been any better. Talk about Professional, the 2 guys I met here Dave and Lou, know exactly what they are doing. Dave made it so easy, no stress, he arranged financing got us a great interest rate and he handled all details. I've never had any dealer make it this pleasant!! I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
