Brought our ?23 Mini Countryman in for maintenance service. The service technician noticed a slight axle grease leak. Brought it to the service representative?s attention. Next thing we know they have us set up with a loaner Mini, parts ordered and we?re on our way. Repairs were done promptly under warranty and in four working days we have our baby back! It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Excellent staff, nice facilities. Too far from breakfast place. Place is a little too busy but that is a good sign. Dave the service manager is a very friendly person who really understands my needs.

Excellent Headroom, Excellent Legroom for a six footer, Plenty of Power with the 3 Cylinder, Not much room for a mother-in-law in the back seat, that`s okay.

This car is very sporty and is really fun to drive. It has a manual transmission which is getting harder to find now days. Fits both my husband and I. Enough leg and headroom for taller people but still is very comfortable for someone shorter. Has all the new technology and interior is well organized. Easy to find all the controls.

I like the fast service be reminded of what is needed not only on the specific request that I had while booking the service.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
