It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Service Dept tries hard to help customers and communicate issues. Ashley helped us during the stay there and was amazing. This car is very sporty and is really fun to drive. It has a manual transmission which is getting harder to find now days. Fits both my husband and I. Enough leg and headroom for taller people but still is very comfortable for someone shorter. Has all the new technology and interior is well organized. Easy to find all the controls.

Overall I strongly recommend the team at North point Volvo. They have always advocated for me and my warranty and have always treated me well. Most recently I did have an issue however where my car returned with a small ding that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I have yet to hear back from them on a resolution and I'm working on resolving this on my own but would have really liked if they had just quickly scheduled a PDR appointment for me to show up to. Still hoping it's a matter of following up with them and not them ignoring me.
