MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

Araz was our saleswoman and she was awesome. I was coming from out of town and she went above and beyond to have everything done before my trip to Houston. She also did everything asked of her so that I had the chance to see the car basically in person without seeing it in person before making the decision to buy. She sent me real time videos of the entire car and let me hear and see engine as it was running. She made the sale happen. I highly recommend asking for her. She was kind and patient. Our finance guy Claude (I think) was wonderful too.

Principle BMW of San AntonioReviews
Principle BMW of San Antonio review
We arrived at BMW of San Antonio after two weeks of looking at different vehicles, and we initially landed on an X5 xDrive40i. We assumed it would be perfect and that anything bigger would be out of our budget. While we were really impressed with its performance during the test drive, a closer inspection revealed that my son's knees were very close to the back of the driver's seat. We thought that was the end of the road and that we'd need to look elsewhere. Fortunately, we found a low-mileage BMW X7 at a great price! Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including our two salesmen Pete and Don Wilkinson (who i actually think may be a manager) Pete was amazingly helpful (he filled in when Don was tied up with appointments) so was the Sales Manager, the General Manager, Mr. Laird last but not least the Finance Manager went above and beyond getting out deal done!! We test drove the X7 xDrive40i and were so impressed by its features and didn't lack performance being a bigger vehicle I highly researched the reliability and decided to pulled the trigger. Not to mention My son and I both sat in the back and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible amount of room and comfort. I cannot reiterate the amount of features enough!!! It is now parked at our new home, and we cannot wait for the road trip adventures to come! Highly recommend this dealership! And Don's product knowledge is second to none , you can not go wrong with Pete he made us feel so welcome and answered all of my questions and there were many! Lol
