I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

This car has great character and is fun to drive. It has great pick up with the turbo charged engine but can also be driven in green mode to save on mileage. Mini design is impeccable. They thought of every detail for function and style. I have no complaints about this car other than the parts can be pricey. This is truly the best car I have ever owned.

The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.
