2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Highly recommend Bryan Perkins, he went above and beyond to get the SUV I wanted. I had to go back to the dealership today because onstar wasn?t working. We I arrived he came out of his office and let the manager know I was there. He had a new customer in his office and ask if he could step out for a minute to talk to me. Not all salesman do that after they get the sale lol Mason Meade (the manager) went the extra mile for us, I have to take my SUV to Hazard and drop it off to replace the onstar system. He is giving me a courtesy car until I get my SUV back. I?ve never been treated like this by any dealership and I?ve owned several vehicles.. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, go to Tim Short Honda, Ivel, Ky. Ask for Bryan Perkins and he will find your dream car/truck/suv they are the Beat around!! 2014 MINI Countryman review
The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

2009 MINI Cooper S review
I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

2007 MINI Cooper S review
When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.
