Tri-Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep FordReviews
Tri-Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ford review
AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Ehren and Laz were great to work with from start to finish. We experienced top notch service with no pressure to buy. We took off work to come to Aurora and appreciate their prompt attention and being ready when we arrived. Also enjoyed the conversations while there. Get to know Laz and Ehren, you won’t regret it.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

It was pretty far from where I live but decided to make the drive, and let me tell you it was worth it. The service and hospitality is literally unmatched. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thank you to the Carmi Ram team. You where amazing

McLarty Daniel Nissan review
My Titan broke down while on vacation 1300 mikes from home. Had it towed to the nearest repair shop (no dealership in Jackson Hole). They tried but $2926 later, it was still doing the same thing. Drove a rental home and, after talking with Paul at MD, I decided to have it towed there (another $2500!). Glad I did. They listened and I didn’t feel like they were immediately pushing a new transmission (as was the case with 2 other dealerships I talked to). I feel they treated me as fair as possible on the cost and now my Titan is running like new. Too bad I was so far away when it happened. Between the first repair (that didn’t work), rental, and transporting back to AR, I had already spent over 6k by the time it got to MD. Paul, Hunter and crew at MD took care of me and I highly recommend them!

McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Springdale review
I bought a new ram here and my wife bought a new Jeep, I got a great deal and everything went smooth. we love our vehicles and service is taken care of us very well the maintenance so far. Unfortunately my son hit a deer in the bad weather recently, but their collision center made it easy to make the insurance claim and get it fixed so all around they’ve been great to deal with!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

McLarty Daniel Chevrolet review
It was the most amazing experience. Cooper C. was a great salesperson to work with and patient with all my questions. He listen to my rant about my old car demise. He made sure that I understood every step. He walked be over to set up my first oil change appointment. He made sure that I understood the different features of the car. It was just a great experience. Every person that I encounter was amazing. Isaiah in Finance was nice. It was just a great experience. I will definitely come back for any future purchases. Keep up the good work and providing great customer service. Shirley H

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Zach and his team went above and beyond to make my first Jeep experience the best one. Outstanding across the board, period.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Both Evan and Chris were very accommodating and helped me get the best deal I could. They also paid very close attention to detail in making sure the truck was perfect before it left the lot.
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Shout out to Kenny, my salesperson. I suggest you call and ask for him. He is the best. Everyone here is. I am in Jacksonville fl. I was searching nationwide for a 392 wrangler. McLarty Daniel CJDR Springdale made the process smooth and easy, even from 900 miles away. Did the whole deal over the phone and email. Arranged shipping. Kept me updated every step of the way. Not only did I get the car I was searching for, I got an amazing deal and top notch process from u quiet to signing paper work w the finance team. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is a dealership of integrity. I bought a vehicle from them (specifically Rich Wommack) and there was an issue. They told me on the spot they would make it right, and they did!!! This was a GREAT experience from start to finish. I recommend them over any other dealership.

Paige and Andrew were the best. Not sure I've ever had a car buying experience as easy as this one. Both took extra time to walk us through the new Jeep and explain the new features. We'll certainly keep you all in mind when we need a new vehicle.

Excellent car buying experience! Grant was so helpful through the process and made our purchase seamless. Adam answered questions and further highlighted the experience for us. I will definitely be recommending them!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
