I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . The sales manager, Kolin, was also very knowledgeable. Our finance person, Sandy, was great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.
