We were able to find a car that fit, and Malik was also patient and understanding, and got me a deal that I could afford. I am happy with the new car. I stopped by the lot to see the car, but it had just arrived and was in service. Tom told me it should be ready to test drive within a few days. I gave him my number, and he was great about updating me on the status of the car. Buying the car was a smooth process too. My trade-in was appraised as I was test driving the vehicle. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted while keeping my payments reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire process, which is how buying a car should be.
