We purchased a used ‘25 Mitsubishi Outlander last weekend at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group dealership in Fairborn, OH. We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.
