I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....
The best thing i can say for them is I would buy from them again with no hesitation! Thanks Melanie,and Tom,and Tim for explaining the warranty!

It is a wonderful car. It fits like a glove. Smooth ride. Bluetooth works perfectly. Get in and out smoothly. Recommend this car to anyone who loves driving.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The car handles well, drives immaculate, everything I’ve ever wanted in a vehicle. The cars been my dream car and I’m so amazingly happy with the vehicle.

Seems Like a Good, Basic Vehicle

While we've had the car less than a month, it seems to be a decent basic vehicle. It handles well and accelerates nicely. It is not a particularly "heavy" car. Upholestery is average, leg room in the back seat is adequate, and the trunk is a nice size. This particular model doesn't have a remote key lock. For riding to school, running errands, or shopping, it seems to be decent transportation.
Walid - the owner makes shopping for a used car a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. He answered my questions and explained options during my used car search. Walid advised me which of the three makes I was considering would be best for me - and why. If you want a fancy showroom - look elsewhere. If you want a good experience - look here.

Glides down the road. Hard to restrain from dipping through traffic. Sound system better than one I have at home. When my old Lancer got multiple refusals of repairs from mechanics, I searched for a new one, holding my ground to all who advised me against a Mitsubishi. I love my Lancer, and feel xxxx bad xxx to own a second one of this specially made for me kind of a car! Feel safe in the car, great gas mileage, quick pick up, the shape of the car seems to be an extention of my actual body as it is too easy to swoop the vehicle down the road. Would recommend.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.

This vehicle runs very smooth. Comfortable seats. Sound is great. Nice sporty looking vehicle. Great on gas. Love it. Best comfortable car I've purchased by far.
