2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

Cornerstone Mitsubishi review
My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cornerstone Mitsubishi for more than a decade, and for good reason: they offer fantastic cars and have a team of professional, friendly salespeople who never make us feel pressured. Tori, Bill, and Will were exceptional; they were so professional and a pleasure to work with. As we were concluding our leases on our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sports, we decided to lease two Outlander PHEVs, which we hadn't even considered before. Tori and Bill provided us with valuable insights on the impressive performance of the PHEV and explained how it operates. Personally, I don't believe New England is quite ready for fully electric vehicles, but I must say the Hybrid is an excellent choice. Having both electric and gas options turned out to be much better than we initially thought. We are extremely satisfied with our new leases. Thank you, Tori, Bill, and Will, for guiding us through the leasing process and making it so easy. We look forward to seeing you for maintenance and again in three years when our leases are up!
2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!
