Service - Fast, courteous, professional, extensive detailed report of vehicle on paper. Advisor approached me and said my last name to confirm why I was there, before I could say a word. Never had a dealership service experience like that ever in my life. Great communication with text and updates.

Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor review
I’ve never purchased a car from out of state but my experience with Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and Broderick Bennett just might be a game changer! It has been a wonderful experience and all we have done is email back and forth! For the past 15 years I have been dealing with Crown Mercedes Benz or Crown Euro Cars of Dublin on my purchases. Well, we will see what the future holds! I’m thinking change is in the air! Highly Recommend this Dealership!

Walked in after a very poor start to get there. Was thinking about getting different vehicle, then on way there no luck my car blowed up. Back home to another vehicle, and made it there. Bottom line I was amazed walked out with used car purchase and will pick up today. Hats of to my sales guy, Liam Greene-Kaleski.

Victory Chevrolet review
Victory Chevrolet in Milan has the best service department. They are second to none. I had my telematic module replaced recently. I was told it would be 4-8 hours to complete. It was finished 2 hours after I arrived home with one of their drac loaner vehicles. I was thoroughly impressed by the prompt completion of my service. Thank you victory Chevrolet for always going above and beyond!!!!!

Mercedes-Benz of Ann ArborReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor review
I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. That is quite the task in a market that can sometimes can be fickle. Kudos to MBoAA. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future! Blessings - Markus Conley

Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor review
This is the third (3rd) Mercedes-Benz vehicle I've purchased from this dealership with Susie as my Sales Consultant all three (3) times! Susie helped me find the exact car I was looking for and worked above and beyond to make sure that I had the best deal possible to include great low interest financing. Buying a new car can really be stressful and unpleasant - but I actually had fun. I will always go back to the Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor dealership and will ALWAYS have Susie find my next new vehicle! Susie is the BEST!

Andrew in sales and Carrie in finance were both very kind and helpful. They did not try to pull any of the high pressure nonsense that other places tried.

Toy BarnReviews
Toy Barn review
I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

Chicago Motor CarsReviews
Chicago Motor Cars review
Had a wonderful experience buying by 2016 Mercedes AMG G63 from Chicago Motor Cars. Seraj “Raj”Abughoush was an amazing sales representative and cares for me start to finish. I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. His manager was very great with his customer service and I will definitely be back to buy another car with Raj and the whole team at Chicago Motor Cars. Was an amazing experience!
