2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I've had my 2018 Exress passenger van for about 5-6 years now, I chose a van because trucks are so expensive. I've towed a few cars with it, some heavy loads of gravel, and have towed a large pop up camper quite a few times even through some of Eastern U.S. mountains and it does fine. Its been reliable and the 6.0 litre V8 and 6 speed Auto heavier duty transmission are known to last a long time according to what I've read. I had a crew cab Nissan titan that was quieter as far as road noise goes but I guess its not too bad, its a van after all. Kinda get a drum effect with all the empty space in it. I remove most of my seats or all of them to haul stuff, plywood, bicycles, furniture, or whatever else I need to haul. It will get 17.5-18.2 mpg at 70mph which isn't good but I guess it could be worse, after all its kinda a box on wheels. Overall It does what it needs to and runs well with plenty of power for what I do. I have the shorter WB version, with all the seats out you have close to 10ft of area to pack stuff in it.

2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. 2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

2017 Audi Q3 review
My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Had to take my 2022 Trax in for a problem with the rear window washer spray nozzle not working. The wiper was operating but no washer fluid was spraying out when needed. Found that the supply line was chewed open by probably a mouse that somehow made its way into the rear headliner. Not a warranty covered issue, but it was suggested to try to have the repair covered by my insurance. I checked with my agent and it was a covered repair. Made a 2nd appointment to have it fixed and was also offered a loaner vehicle since it may take awhile and I don't live real close to Outten. Car was repaired same day, and oil change also done. I have been reimbursed by my insurance so I was pleased with the repair and end result. This is a vehicle I am leasing from Outten.

Found a specific SUV I wanted and found it at Auto World. Sent in a inquiry if it was still available. Mike called back and we discussed the truck. Made plans to come and review it. A few phone calls later I made the 300 mile drive with my trade. Came through a couple of snow storms RT 90 and 81. Met Mike and Bill and within a 1/2 hour had the deal done a paperwork going. Gassed up and headed to the Great White North. Again RT81 was it nice, 7 hours later I was back in Western NY. Experience was great, fair negotiations. The entire staff was very helpful. Highly recommend Auto World. Thank you all.
2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.
