Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe from Blade. Ian Hower was very professional, courteous and helpful. Juan the Sales Manager was also very professional. I purchased the vehicle for a fair price, and they eventually came up to a reasonable trade-in value. It was a long process, but the outcome was worth it, for me.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Anthony answered all my questions before I came in. Lee walked us through the financing and explained it all succinctly and quickly. They made the car buying process as painless as possible.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Went straight to Bickford Ford in Snohomish and worked with Branden DuPen. This young gentleman was clean cut, honest, polite & one of the most upright human beings I have met. Branden looked you straight in the eye the entire time he talked, told me what's possible, wha't advisable, and what's not, and was clearly not trying to sell me anything I didn't need or want. Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as the efficiency of the accounting and finance team. People seemed happy to be working there. Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Had issues with clutch in my Jeep Gladiator. Repair was difficult, and pretty disappointed with MOPAR for substandard clutch. However, my service advisor Shannon was great and very helpful.

Service was good.....just a heads up ... if you pay with a credit card....your charged a fee .... If I had been told that I would've transferred money and used my debit card and saved myself 60 plus $'s -

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I brought ny Cherokee Jeep in for an oil change. Derek is very knowledgeable and extremely professional and explained that in 60x miles the jeep will get a thorough check up.
