Had some issues from other local dealership with honest and quality service for my sons car. Spoke to the service department at Tulsa Hyundai where I have always had my car serviced. Scott went above and beyond to get issue covered under an extended warranty that Hyundai had issued for this problem, even though mileage was over limit. Scott is always friendly and professional. Great service.

I decided on the 2026 Genesis GV80 after test driving a Cadillac Vistiq and Escalade IQ as well as a Lexus TX and found the comfort, quietness, and ride quality far netter in the Genesis. The only vehicle that came close to the GV80 was the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Caligraphy which I was trading in.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Quick and easy. I had all four tires replaced and I was in and out in about 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The process took a few hours but compared to other car purchases we've made in the past this was the least stressful of all. Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I visited this dealer to check out a car I saw on their website , although I didn't get the car cause it didn't pass their safety test so they couldn't sell it, but the customer service was awesome and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Overall great buying experience. Everything went smoothly from trading in my GMC truck for a new Chevy. Saleman Aaron treated us so well and did everything he said he would do. William went over every feature thoroughly with us. We are very pleased.

I went on a Saturday when they are probably their busiest,and was well received and respected even thou I was only buying an inexpensive vehicle. I highly reccomend this dearership.I made the deal saturday with a down payment and went back Tuesday to finish paying and pick it up.

I wanted to learn more about the Trax model. I liked my Equinox but it was just a bigger vehicle than I needed. The sales team of Christian and Shelby were very helpful and informative. It quickly became apparent that the Trax was exactly what I needed and liked. Yes, I purchased a Trax that day.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Always have great service with Frank and his coworkers. Best service in Tulsa. Invest in the proper maintenance of your vehicle. Been coming here since 2008. They do it all including Tires, battery replacement, detail, service, repairs, etc. I trust them to keep me on the road.

Excellent Service There are two Kia dealerships in the Tulsa area. I highly recommend Ferguson Kia in Broken Arrow. This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.
