Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.

Great customer service on top as soon as I get in..was greeted with attention forced on me.also car was clean and showed me all the services I records.

Steve at Mountain States Toyota: “I’ll take care of you” was his motto and he followed through on that promise over and over. I drove 7 hours from Durango in wintertime to test drive a pre-owned Toyota Sienna that seemed too good to be true. Why Mountain States Toyota? They were the first car dealership that promptly answered my online request for information. Following a successful test drive, Steve made sure that all paperwork for state registration, insurance transfer and loan installments would proceed efficiently so that I would not need to make any 7 hour return trips to finish overlooked car sale documentation. Steve even made arrangements to secure my present driver, a 2015 Prius on the lot since I just wasn’t quite ready to let her go as a trade in. I drove my “new to me” 2017 AWD Sienna (in red) back home across the Rockies, while my family from Denver retrieved the Prius a couple days later. In the business office I met Axle who offered to do an additional loan search to help me find a better loan with improved terms and a lower interest rate…talk about full service! And did I mention NO CAR DEALER FEES??!!! That was an additional savings of a guesstimated $800. None of my review is hype, Steve and Axle really did take care of my Sienna purchase down to the smallest detail and with zero pressure…truly THE BEST car buying experience ever!!

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

I will be honest, Toyota?s star system for the employees doesn?t make any logical sense and doesn?t motivate the staff to reach higher and higher success. . If a service advisor or sales associate gets anything less than a five star rating, they consider it a fail. Each star should have a value in my opinion.

No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. I bought my car with the Auto Armor Package and Javier did an amazing job at making sure everything looked beautiful and my car was done right. When things didn't look perfect to him the first time, he actually stopped me and asked if they could try again. I was blown away by the fact that he didn't just let me go because it is something that I may not have noticed.
