Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

This was my first time at this dealership and Jimi went above and beyond to make sure it was a wonderful experience, he was helpful and very personable. The drive was over an hour but well worth it, I can’t think of a better place to shop for cars, incredible staff and buying experience!

Chris was all about making sure we got the vehicle we wanted. He repeatedly went to bat for us to meet our criteria. He wasn't going to let us leave without our "new" vehicle. A dedicated salesman. We will definitely be back when we need another vehicle.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

Mike was awesome! We lived ~60 miles away, so Mike did most of paperwork remotely before we came and picked up our new vehicle so it saved us a lot of time. Gave us a very good deal on our trade-in. Very smooth process. Mike was very responsive and accommodating - he was even willing to let us try hooking it up to our toy hauler when we expressed concern about the back of the truck squatting due to heavy tongue weight while other dealers that we went to didn't even allow us to test drive it. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, he hopped in to the new vehicle and went thru all the functions on the display. Very knowledgeable. Finance process was smooth as well. I highly recommend this dealer.

I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

Fantastic crew! I will only buy from Rocket and trust their service department. I have bought 5 cars from them and always feel they had my wants & needs are most important from starting out buying used, then leased and finally over the years I have bought new.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

There is no other dealership that I trust as much as Fredy Chevy! Austin and Ryan in the service dept. are excellent communicators, and so kind to their customers. We have 2 Chevy Volts and the technicians in the service dept. are 2nd to none. I know other people with Volts who had to wait for 6 months for certain parts. We've never waited more than a couple days. Last year, my car needed major repairs. My dad passed away while my car was being serviced. Not only was it fixed perfectly, 2 of the service dept. fellows drove my car an hour and a half back to our house. That's how far we drive to have Fredericktown Chevrolet service!

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

The service department here is very good. Tyler the Service Manager is by far one of the best people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was very thorough and professional. Never tried to upsell me on additional services. I was just in for a simple oil change but never expected a full inspection and a check over my vehicle included. Definitely 10 stars in my book.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.
