I am so satisfied with Fuccillo KIA dealership, Greece, NY that I would not look anywhere else for a new car until I met with the folks at Fuccillo KIA!

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Orleans Ford is my go too dealer. I bought 3 new trucks and 1 new car. Very satisfied of sales ,service and management. Just picked up another new 2024 F350 Lariat, Sam Busch was My Salesman. The man is very knowledgeable of the products they work with. Also the service department is the only place that I bring my trucks for my maintenance they do an excellent job. This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

The service was great and everything we asked to check and they did and told us the results of each check. The results were good. What more can you ask.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Excellent customer service, staff excellent and facility very clean and customer friendly. Part needed and will arrive soon. Always bring my car into the dealership for service.

I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

Basil Volkswagen offered me the best deal on my VW Tiguan than any other dealership. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I would just say to be sure to test drive your brand new car before purchasing I love my new Tiguan although, it's my 3rd one. I will shop at Basil again for my next VW, hopefully, the Atlas Sport.

Our sales person, Toby, was and remains very available and helpful. Their Service Department is readily accessible, friendly, and thorough. I?m very happy with the Mazda CX-5 that I purchased and the price was competitive.

I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

Have the SEL turbo. Once of my favorite cars so far! Drives more like a car than SUV with a solid and sporty feel. VW got everthing right here. It's a great value for the price. More upscale and not over done.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.
