I've never left a review for a dealership or salesman before, mostly because I've always been taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. So, this is a first for me! Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, made our experience super easy. We talked to four different people from start to finish for various parts of the deal, and I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on us. Everyone was very upfront and transparent. We went in super informed, knowing exactly what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the minimum we were willing to accept for our trade-in. These guys know Sprinter vans. I asked advice for towing a car with my van to Colorado to make sure I wouldn?t have issues. They suggested tires, fixing an oil filler leak, filters, and an exhaust leak. Explained each item and why. Tires were beyond age limit, oil/exhaust leak tightened performance, filters dirty, etc. he suggested a few items to wait on, and he already knew what services I did a year before. They finished the work in a day.
