Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

They went the extra mile to get the deal that worked for me. Purchase and delivery were seamlessly done. Everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

I love this car. I never thought I would want a Subaru, but I needed an all wheel drive, and this car drives smoothly and has all of the features I was looking for.

We purchased from out of state (Ca) and they were very helpful and made the purchase quick and easy. My only complaint is that Gresham adds Lojac and security etching which you can't have them remove from the bill. It's a small profit for them and many dealers do it, but I would prefer it wasn't done at all. This is just the way dealers make some extra money to stay positive these days given the compeditive nature of the business now. Regardless, they did remove the lojac hardware at my request although I still payed for it, so that's better than leaving it in there where Lojac can sell your information to 3rd parties. We were in and out in a few hours and got a great price. Thanks to the team there for making this happen!

Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

I had a very smooth and easy experience when I had to take my car in yesterday for an oil change/diagnostic. Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

So far my Outback Wilderness has been a very exceptional car and affordable, for what you get I would expect the price to be a lot higher, it is definitely powerful enough.

Bruce is an amazing professional, easy to work with, and so patient as I worked through the many options and packages to choose from. I was actually looking at other GLE 450s at other dealerships. Bruce was professional the whole way. Never pressured me at all. Always helpful. It was a combination of the car and Bruce that closed the sale. Very happy I was able to work with him.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Alyssa went and above and beyond for me, the service department was unable to find a leak but she went back and made sure they found the pinprick causing my tire pressure to go low. I could easily have left the lot with a potential tire blowout on my hands without her diligence!

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

The only problem that would deflect a 5 star rating to this dealership, is my new used 2022 Camry only came with one key, not two. With a basically brand-new vehicle, this should be a given. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience.
