I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Their costs are reasonable for all services and cheaper than many (e.g., oil change here is cheaper than at Jiffy Lube). I have confidence that what they tell me is needed, is what is needed. We stopped by to just look around at the used cars. It was just closing time. As we were looking a sales person came over to talk with us. Her name is Patricia Stapleton. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We ended up taking a car for a test drive. Even though the dealership closed Patricia did not rush us. She was extremely patient.

I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. We look forward to visiting them soon for a car for my teenage daughter and then for me when my lease is up!!

Steven in the Service Department was professional and efficient. He listened to me, addressing not only the issue I was having with the vehicle, but WHY it happened. And then solved both problems with a timely fix at a very reasonable price. Historically, I steered clear of Dealerships for service issues. For a "light duty" pick-up truck, I would rate the Jeep Gladiator #1, I am on my third. The Gladiator is still a TRUCK; payload, towing, solid axles front/rear, manual 4x4 standard on all models, ground clearance, all surpassing any other light duty truck on the market. Please do remember, it is a "Jeep/truck" first, meaning, if riding like a Cadilac is important to you, then buy a Cadilac, the Gladiator does ride like a truck. If you are wanting a light duty truck, a Gladiator surpasses all others in the criteria of being a TRUCK. However, it is still VERY well outfitted with amenities such as leather, heated seats, heated steering, full Apple/Android, LARGE screen, exceptional safety features. My comparison has been made having owned every other truck on the market at least twice if not more.

This car does exactly what I needed a new car to do. I bought mine in July of 2025 and now 7 months later I have not had one issue with it. It gets great gas mileage, is very comfortable and I love the info system and stereo, For the money you cannot go wrong, this is my first foreign car and now I am done paying a arm and a leg for anything from Ford or GM.

The staff is always wonderful and very professional. I never have to wait over an hour. If I have an issue they always try to squeeze me in the same day or the next. I would highly recommend going to Falmouth Toyota.

This SUV is suitable for city and highway driving. It is comfortable. I haven't had the car for a month, so far it's good enough for me I have an LE model Cross

I was out looking for a new Highlander Hybrid and decided to try Falmouth Toyota. 3 years ago I bought a certified Highlander from High and it was a nightmare when they cornered me in the back office. I met Brian who said I would have to get on a long list because they were in such demand. Someone dropped off the list and he found me one in a little more than a month. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up. The sales manager and business manager was also great to deal with. I had service with my 2018 Highlander and the service department is the best.

Aaron maldonado, I would like to thank Aaron for all his help. Aaron was very kind and professional he went out of his way bent over backwards to help me by the vehicle I wanted. He brought two Jeeps up to the door so that I could look at them side by side he was very helpful he answered all my questions. There were many options that I did not know about that Aaron told me he was very informative very kind and he was also funny. Even though he was a very serious salesperson he had a good sense of humor I really enjoyed talking to him. Even though in the end I walked out of colonial South Dodge without a vehicle not due to Aaron Sales education but because the manager and myself just could not come to terms with a financial agreement.
