2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

Performance Ford Bountiful review
I had an outstanding experience at Performance Ford Service Center, all thanks to Jose. The air conditioner in my Explorer stopped working, on the hottest day so far. Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. To my surprise, they finished the entire repair a day earlier than promised! The communication was excellent, the service was quick, and my air conditioner is now blowing ice-cold. I only buy from Performance Ford and Jose went above and beyond to assist. Thanks!!!

Larry H. Miller Super Ford Salt Lake City review
I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Ford. My salesman was very helpful in letting me look and take text drives. It is a team effort there, from salesman, to used car trade-in, to financing. They made it very easy for me to get into the vehicle I wanted.

2026 Ford Bronco Sport review
The Bronco Sport is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. The different settings of G.O.A.T. Mode are awesome! (G.O.A.T. = Go On All Terrain) Normal, Slippery, Eco, and Off-Road. I have a hillside in my backyard. Previous vehicles (4x4's) sometimes had trouble maneuvering the hillside, but using the Off-Road mode, I am able to drive around my yard with no problem. I get between 26 and 32mpg on regular unleaded fuel. Probably the only thing I do not particularly care for is the lane assist. It is helpful, but also can be annoying! If you have the cruise set, the lane assist will keep you centered in the lane. However, if you attempt to switch lanes without using an indicator, the vehicle tries to keep you in the lane you were in when you set the cruise. The cargo area is awesome! I love the fact that there is a bit of a "lip" to prevent anything from sliding out of the back. It is amazing! The stereo is awesome. The bass is awesome and it's factory! One other thing I love about this vehicle is that it absolutely has the get-up-and-go when you want/need to kick it down and put distance between you and other vehicles. I also love that I have the option of opening the rear window if I do not feel like opening the entire back liftgate. My previous vehicle did not have that option.

Ken Garff Volvo review
If there were 30 Volvo dealerships in the area I would still pick Ken Garff Volvo downtown. Sales, Finance, and Service are so easy to work with. They give you the best deal up front so there is no haggling and service is so easy. I have been working with them for 6 yrs and have not had a bad interaction. Highly recommend.

O'Gara Coach Westlake VillageReviews
O'Gara Coach Westlake Village review
I recently purchased a GranTurismo S from sales associate Kari Lloyd. The process could not have been better. By email I arranged a time with Kari to see the car, and she asked me if I would like a cappuccino when I arrived. I told her my preference, and a cappuccino mocha was waiting for me. She also made scones the night before for me to enjoy while we spoke about the car. I had my eye on a 2011 that was a beautiful Bordeaux exterior with a light beige and black interior. We took a test drive and she showed me some of the features and spoke of others. There was never any pressure sales tactics and the sales manager was very understanding when I said I wanted to explore my financing options over the next few days. Kari kept in touch during that time by email, as I had explained to her that I work at night and sleep during the day. When I had my financing in place I let Kari know and we setup a time to meet on my next day off. Again, she had the scones and another cappuccino mocha waiting for me. I made my offer and within no more than 10 minutes I had a deal. No back and forth between the sales associate and the manager. I was completely done with the deal and had my keys in an hour and a half. Kari took time to explain functions of the car and helped pair the bluetooth from my phone to the media system. They had detailed it, filled it with petrol, made sure the second key was programmed properly and then I was off on my new adventure of owning an Italian exotic car. Just before I left, Kari noticed that something still needed attention in the car and we drove to the service bay where they cleaned a small area of the interior. Kari then let me know that the dealership was holding a car wash for their clients on the weekend following. Even though the event was booked up on their website, she got me on the list and I was treated with the same respect by other members of the team that I met. I highly recommend Kari Lloyd's professionalism and her willingness to provide extras to make one feel welcome and respected. The entire team made me feel like I was their most important customer. These days, I find customer service like that a rare thing indeed.
