Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk review
It was a pleasure working with the team at Ken Ganley Hyundai Norwalk Ohio, especially Nolan Caruso. Would go back to them again for any of the vehicles they have on hand that we are looking for.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

The people at Steinle GMC Cadillac made the purchase of our vehicle a pleasant experience. We enjoyed working with salesman Jordan LeJeune. He was polite and thorough. We highly recommend Jordan and the Steinle dealership in locating your next vehicle. Their prices are fair and service impeccable.

Ken Ganley Buick GMC Sandusky review
I took my car to the collision department at Ken Ganley Buick- Sandusky Ohio. They got my car in really fast. They got the job done, and they got it done, right. The Manager Megan really cares and it shows! She really went the distance above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you!! 🩷
2025 Buick Enclave review
I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Steinle Chevrolet Buick LLC review
I worked with G3, he was fun and a straight shooter. i was there 2 hrs from test drive to heading home in my new car! 10/10 recommend.
2026 Buick Envista review
My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

Very friendly people with knowledge gave me information about vehicles and nice bathroom felt great and drove home excited
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Travis the young salesman is outstanding, cares about you and the care you get from the dealership . The service department is also great. It's nice that they offer coffee water and snacks while you wait. The only thing better is if your car is in there for a very long time they could give you a rental or guest car so you can get other things done.

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk review
Service (oil change and tire rotation) was fairly quick (within the time frame they set) however you would think that a "dealership service" would include fluid check. Windshield wiper fluid was almost bone dry. Mind you, this was a very first 6000 mile service on a new vehicle. They couldn't take care of the recall either, "no parts"

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk review
Jake went above and beyond to get us the Jeep we wanted. We couldn’t ask for better service. We will be back when we need another vehicle.
2026 Jeep Compass review
My wife finally considered to get a new car after considering another pre owned purchase, she loved her pre owned Jeep Patriot, now with 146k, we decided bc it served our family with reliable and still does, she found the Jeep Compass the next generation Jeep Patriot. The look and luxury interior is next level value and reasonably priced. We went with the 4x4 limited with the panoramic sunroof, white exterior with the sport black top, black graphite wheels and black durable leather interior with a navy blue stitching makes this car sporty but with luxury. The interior seats are durable enough we won't be worried about traveling with our dog! 200HP 4 cylinder turbo is ideal with average 26 miles per gallon effecient. We are extremely happy. Huffines Plano, Texas, Frank, was awesome to work with! We have now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership, my father n law has purchased 4 Jeeps from them over a 20 year time period.

Service was very fast and they checked everything out and made recommendations on anything that was needed. The area to wait in was very comfortable.
2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great

Steinle Chevrolet Buick LLC review
Everyone at this dealership was absolutely amazing with great prices and service. So helpful and extremely easy to work with! Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle!
2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

BMW of Cincinnati NorthReviews
BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️
