2026 Toyota Crown review
I am 84 years old and I am driving a pretty snazzy-looking car. Drives nice. Has some great features...and then there are the buttons, etc. It's very technical and I have not yet figured out how many of them work. I can go in R/N/ D. I can hit the gas/stop pedals. I can open/unlock the doors and windows. My husband has put sticky notes on some of the buttons..a/c for sure! But we havent yet figured out the rest...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my Honda Civic! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s such a relief to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. My Honda Civic was in great hands! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional car care. I will definitely be coming back for future service! 🚗❤️

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes, rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala review
I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. I will certainly come back to your dealership for service and for the purchase of my next Genesis. Thank you,

I highly recommend this dealership. I found a used car here I was interested in but it had been sold before I could get there. I dealt with Brad who went above and beyond to find a car that fit my needs at one of their other dealers. He went went and got it, brought it to ocala and I now have a beautiful car at a great price. Thank you Brad at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala
2026 Hyundai ELANTRA HEV review
I'm so happy with this car. I rented one while my Lexus was in the shop and was impressed by the layout, performance, features, and the incredible mileage. I'm currently getting between 50 and 60 mpg commuting 40 miles a day to work and don't miss stopping at the gas station on a regular basis. Will lease or purchase this type of hybrid again.

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

Impex Chevrolet GMC review
Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
