I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to after our experience with Rene at Audi San Juan. From the start, Rene was outstanding. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Would not pick any other service team, I want to thank Angel for always going above and beyond. I don’t plan for on switching dealerships anytime soon.
