Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

I ended up not buying the vehicle he spent a lot of time assisting me with, primarily due to my changing the specific model I want (Porsche 911). The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

Some of the reviews on this site must be talking about a different dealiership when it comes to the Sales, Finance, and Finance Management team. I purchased a new car from David Anthony at MB Sarasota, and I could not be happier with the service and expertise they provided. To put it in perspective, I've purchased several Mercedes vehicles at various dealerships over the years, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. David was so helpful and his knowledge about the brand is unmatched. He was also super patient with me as I went through the negotiating process and MB Sarasota ended up offering the best price for the 2026 GLC as well as the best trade-in value. He also updated me on the status of the car as I awaited delivery regularly. His responsiveness was unreal. The finance team was equally helpful and pleasant to deal with. No hard sales tactics. Troy and his Manager could not have been easier and nicer to deal with. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Service Department did a great job. My service advisor Fred kept me informed on repairs and arrival on replacement part. Arranging transportation for pick up was very helpful.

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.
