Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Very friendly staff. Purchased our 2024 GMC February 29 last year. Every time we have come in fir service they have always been kind and courteous and completed service in a timely manner.

Tyler was very helpful and responsive with the sales and shipping process. I live in Denver Colorado and so this was a purchase and ship situation. Shipping took a little while longer than expected but that is par for the course given the distance. The financing and DocuSign process was all easy and efficient. We agreed on the price and after the fact realized I had paid a little too much but Tyler Moore kept to his word and sent me a check to make up for that which I very much appreciated. I would buy again from McKenzie in the future!

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Always a good experience when I have my vehicle serviced when it is due. Am treated well and happy with the end results. Best dealership as far as I am concerned.

I went in for a check engine light on my car and I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed within 2 days which is very fast and I'm extremely happy about that.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

On Spring Break from Michigan and the engine fan stayed on kicking on the engine light. Can't say enough positive things about this dealerships service department. Called at 4:30 on a Wed and got in the next morning at 8:00. Prompt service. Had the issue diagnosed in less than an hour, ordered the part and I was good to go. I spent more time driving to the location than I did waiting for my truck to be fixed. South Walton was backed up a week and I can honestly say I am good with that considering how fast and friendly everyone was. Carly knows her stuff and tech Eric F. had me fixed up quick!!!

We had our vehicle towed to this dealership for a clutch issue. From the start, our service advisor Carly did an outstanding job. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kept us up to date. The technician found other issues that had been overlooked or missed by the dealership we bought the vehicle from. They fixed those issues and Carly ensured that all of the warranty process was taken care of. Having dealt with a few dealerships and service centers in the past few years, I have to say Crestview CDJR renewed my faith that some companies still care about customer service. We are 3.5 hours from this dealership and will make the drive there the next time we decide to buy a vehicle, simply because of the service we got from their service center.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle let alone having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication was a solid 10/10, he listened, paid attention, and took into consideration of what I could afford and what was interested in! I already had multiple issues at other dealerships with the salesperson not listening from the jump and trying to push vehicles on me that were way out of my price range or either putting little to no effort in due to my price range! So, I was already discouraged and ready to give up prior to even finding a car at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Crestview, but James and the Rebecca went above and beyond to the point where I literally cried! They worked with me to insure I walked away with the vehicle of my choice despite last minute issues with the bank I went through to get financed from. So, thank you James and Rebeca, y’all were amazing to work with and I thank yall from the very bottom of my heart! Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!
