Good experience. Would recommend to a friend. The sales process took 3 hours which is still to long. But I have spent more time in others.

I decided on the 2026 Genesis GV80 after test driving a Cadillac Vistiq and Escalade IQ as well as a Lexus TX and found the comfort, quietness, and ride quality far netter in the Genesis. The only vehicle that came close to the GV80 was the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Caligraphy which I was trading in.

I was in the market for a new car and was shopping around with different dealerships as I was not tied to a specific brand. When I met Ali Aznaurav at Mazda South Charlotte, we found that he was one of the most genuine salesman and we had visited several dealers before this. I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Bought my first Mazda CX 5 last Saturday. It was truly amazing and Quick. Moe Bedwan was the salesperson. I recommend everyone go to Moe. So knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very easy. He gave me a great deal and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend seek out Moe when you stop by Mazda of South Charlotte. In addition they have great coffee and snacks. 5+ stars for this dealership and especially for Moe!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I needed bearings changed on my front right tire as well as new front brakes with alignment. Service was fast and reasonably priced. I would recommend this service department. Thank to Tom - our service coordinator.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

I went to parks to look for a jeep, I ended up buying a Durango. Our salesman Ryan Rodriguez was so kind and patience with me. I asked a ton of questions and he had every answer for me. Ryan was very professional but also easy to joke with also. After I bought the car he called a few days later to ask if I had any problems or concerns. I would definitely recommend parks and honestly Ryan to anyone who wants a good experience buying a car.

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

I had been looking at the Nissan Kicks for a while. One day, Boom, I found the one I wanted. Although it was at another dealer, my sales manager Taryn, and sales person, Brian Barner, was able to bring it to their dealership just for me! I did the test drive, got an awesome price for my trade, and got my financing. Now I am driving the exact Kicks I wanted. Customer service has been awesome. They even transferred my XM subscription for me I just had to verify and will get my trial for free for the next 3 months. The deal was quick just like the one my husband did a year ago with this same dealership and sales person Christian. Will deal with Modern Nissan of Lake Norman from now on. That is two car purchase deals in less that 6 hours about a year apart. Ask for Brian Barner he is an excellent Nissan salesperson.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.
